My parents were good friends with Vi and Leon Schneider, Dave Schneider's [64] mom and dad. My folks would take us to their place to visit often and Dave and I spent a lot of time together playing around the Schnieder farm. I could write a short story about all the things I did at the Schneider house while we were growing up. For now, I'll just say that Dave always was, and still is a great guy and I am happy to know that he and Sally Varner got married and have lived happily ever after.
